If Question 3 passes, Democrats will immediately move to redraw Maryland’s congressional map into the most gerrymandered in the nation.
This is an effort to silence conservative voices, eliminate Republicans from government, and ensure that Washington County and other Republican jurisdictions in Maryland have no meaningful representation in Congress.

If Question #3 passes congressional districts will be rigged to favor Democrats in all 8 of Maryland’s Congressional districts.
They would continue to mix large portions of far-left Montgomery County into our Congressional District.
If this amendment passes, the Democrat establishment in Annapolis can use it to gerrymander out any member of Congress they want—Republican, Democrat, or Independent. Congressional representation will be completely beholden to the powers-that-be in Annapolis, not to the voters.
The Supreme Court admitted the Democrats' original ballot question was misleading and violated due process.
Rather than strike the question, the justices rewrote it themselves under deadline pressure, in an eight-page order, hours before the ballot had to go to print.
The revised language still fails to fully explain what the amendment actually does. It says nothing about gerrymandering, stripping away 50 years of constitutional protections, or disenfranchising over
1 Million Marylanders.
It is not the courts job to act as the legislature and make new policy, but that is what they did here.
